Once Again Press offers both digital products and printed books. Delivery methods vary depending on the type of product purchased.
Digital Products
Digital products, including ebooks and other downloadable content, do not require physical shipping. Access or download instructions will be provided electronically following purchase. If you experience difficulty accessing your digital purchase, please contact us at info@onceagainpress.com.
Printed & Print-on-Demand Products
Our printed products, including books, greeting cards, and other print-on-demand items, are produced especially for each order. Because these products are made after an order is placed, please allow time for both production and shipping.
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout based on the destination, product type, and available fulfillment options.
Please note that delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by production schedules, carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has entered production, we may be unable to change the shipping address or cancel the order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your physical product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged, please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date with your order number and photographs clearly showing the issue. Qualifying issues will be reviewed for an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement where applicable.

International shipping availability, rates, and delivery estimates may vary by destination and will be shown at checkout when available.
